Welcome To First Bank of Alabama!
Where You Are First!
On May 23, Southern States agreed to sell their Ranburne and Heflin locations to First Bank of Alabama. This includes most of the loans and deposit accounts associated with these locations.
Our top priority is a smooth, seamless transition for you. On October 1, 2022, we will merge your Southern States Bank accounts into the First Bank of Alabama database. There will be changes in products and services in conjunction with the acquisition. You will be receiving information via USPS mail with information specific to your accounts(s).
As you join First Bank of Alabama, we want you to know how important your relationship is to us. Our team here at First Bank of Alabama looks forward to having a personal relationship with you. Upon review of your account(s), do not hesitate to contact the First Bank of Alabama staff at (256) 362-2334 or through our website if you have any questions. We have created this page as a one stop directory for you as we navigate through this change together. If you are unable to find the information you need here or elsewhere on our website, please reach out to us at our main office, 256-362-2334 or you can reach out to our Heflin office at 256-463-2790 or our Ranburne office at 256-568-2265.
